Previously in a dual role across research agency C Space and brand consultancy Interbrand, my expertise lies in uncovering customer insights that inform brand, CX and innovation strategies.

Most of my projects are international, conducting multi-market qualitative research, designed to localise global strategies. I work across sectors, but have extensive experience in travel and hospitality.
